This new industrial warehouse in Telgate (BG) is intended for a sugar factory and covers 7000mq of land running along the A4 highway Milano/Venezia in an extremely strategic position.
The project is devideded into two separates part, the productive section of the company will be around 5000mq in prefabricated material in collaboration with one of the best company of the precast sector, the second part will be the office building with its magnifique glass facade facing the highway.
The work will be completed by the end of 2021.
