The Villa has been built for a private client using the tax benefits from the demo-reconstruction Sismabonus (110) and started with the demolition of an already existing building. The new Villa is shaped with a modern design created with strong but effortless geometric blocks one on top of the other. In fact, the building is built on two different levels melting perfectly with the leap taken by the land on which it is constructed. The house also present characteristics large windows at the lower level that create a stunning in-out effect with the light and the garden which opens on an amazing view over Riva del Garda and the north shore of the Garda Lake.
