The new villa has been constructed on the amazing shores of Gard Lake. The project started with the demolition of an already existing building and has been developed by using mostly a drywall construction technique. The creation of the Villa required extreme attention to detail also due to the high complexity of the place where it was built, which is one of the reasons why the construction has required several years of work to deliver the final product to the client. Additional works were carried out to build the infinity pool with its stunning lake view, and the dock to allow boats to moor directly from the lake to the house.
