Energy efficiency through extraordinary maintenance of two condominium buildings located in the municipality of Costa Volpino (BG). In one year of work, demolition works were carried out, new screeds were created, a new thermal coat was created, floors and coverings were replaced, new roof insulation was created, a new roof covering was created and a new fall arrest system was created, barriers and external parapets were modified and new plumbing and electrical systems were created.
