    Single villa

The refurbishment work that was done on this villa of the mid 1900 is something unseen before. The client chose specifically to save every single architectural element of the original building and the structure itself which was not modified in any part. To avoid demolishing the original house to build the new underground floor, which was built in reinforced concrete, we had to dig beside the structure and work ourselves underneath it. An extremely hard work that required time, precision, and dedication concluded thanks to the professionalism of our people and the most innovative technologies and techniques in the building industry. The splendid house is also enriched by the elegant pool and the fountain in the garden.
